Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, blockchain technology, or a related field
8+ years of internet product management experience, with at least 5 years in Web3/crypto, and led at least one successful Web3 product with significant market impact
Deep knowledge of Web3/DeFi technologies including smart contracts, wallets, DEXs, cross-chain bridges; familiarity with Ethereum, L2s, Solana, BTC ecosystems; understanding of ERC20 assets, NFTs, and DeFi assets; practical familiarity with Uniswap v2/v3, 1inch, and Stargate
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills with proven ability to drive strategy, align stakeholders, and deliver results; excellent communication
Requirements:
Strategic planning: analyze global Web3 industry dynamics, market trends and competitors; define a long-term Web3 product strategy aligned with the exchange's vision, set milestones, and drive user growth, trading volume, and market share
End-to-end product lifecycle management: oversee concept, requirements gathering, design, development, launch, and ongoing operations; translate user, market, and business needs into innovative, competitive features and iterate
Innovation and business expansion: lead exploration of new business models such as meme-based initiatives, DEX, on-chain staking, and yield-generation; build deep partnerships with leading blockchain projects and institutions to bring resources and grow the ecosystem
Team collaboration and risk/compliance: coordinate across product, technology, operations, and marketing; manage risk and ensure compliance with global crypto policies; provide leadership to the team and ensure asset safety and platform stability
