Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or related fields
Proficient in at least one of Python, Java, or C++, and familiar with mainstream ML/DL frameworks
Experience with recommender systems and end-to-end data processing to model deployment
NLP, computer vision, or graph algorithms project experience is a plus; strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to learn quickly; familiarity with Flink preferred
Requirements:
Algorithm model development and optimization: design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms, and optimize them to improve performance and accuracy
Data processing and feature engineering: perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering to ensure data quality
Model evaluation: design and conduct experiments, evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics, and validate results
Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with team members to understand business requirements and translate them into technical implementations
