💼 Role Overview

We're looking for a tech-savvy Automation Specialist who’s fluent in n8n, Make (Integromat), and Google Apps Script. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and build workflows that streamline internal operations, eliminate manual tasks, and support scalable growth.

This is a full-time, remote position.


🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy end-to-end automation workflows using n8n, Make, and Google Apps Script
     
  • Connect APIs, CRMs, eComm platforms, spreadsheets, and internal tools to centralize and streamline business processes
     
  • Troubleshoot broken workflows and improve system reliability and scalability
     
  • Collaborate with marketing, CS, finance, and operations teams to identify bottlenecks and build automation solutions
     
  • Document all automation flows, logic paths, and key processes
     
  • Maintain a repository of reusable scripts and modules for future use
     
  • Train team members on how to use or trigger specific automations when necessary

  • Deliver and deploy at least 3 major automation flows per month
     
  • Reduce manual hours in specific teams by 30%+ within the first 90 days
     
  • Maintain a workflow uptime of 95%+
     
  • Average resolution time for automation issues: < 24 hours
     
  • Complete 100% documentation of all launched automations

First 30 Days

  • Onboard into our systems and tools

  • Launch at least 2 fully functional automation flows
     
  • Document processes and build a naming/standardization system

  • Become the go-to person for any automation-related needs
     
  • Own and maintain a workflow dashboard visible to stakeholders

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong experience using n8n, Make, and Google Apps Script
     
  • Understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and JSON
     
  • Ability to map complex processes into clear logic flows
     
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
     

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, or other eComm platforms
     
  • Experience in low-code platforms like Airtable, Notion, or Zapier
     
  • Prior work in fast-paced startups or agencies
     

Experience & Education:

  • 2–3+ years in automation, scripting, or systems integrations
     
  • No formal degree required—just proof of hands-on experience

💸 Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly Rate: $1,000–$1,500 USD (Depending on experience and skill level)
