Role Overview As the Growth Performance Coordinator at Pearl West Group, you play a key role in driving acquisition and revenue growth across paid media, influencer, and affiliate channels. You’ll support campaign execution, manage creative workflows, and keep performance marketing operations running with clarity and speed — reporting directly to the Growth Performance Manager.
Core Responsibilities Paid Media (META Focus)
Build, launch, and support management of META campaigns (Facebook/Instagram)
Support strategy and execution for media buying initiatives
Monitor pacing, spend, and KPIs to ensure campaigns stay on track
Upload and manage a high volume of ad creatives with accuracy and consistency
Influencer & Affiliate Management
Support management of influencer partnerships: track deliverables, performance, and ROI
Compile and share weekly/monthly influencer reporting with clear insights
Oversee affiliate relationships: maintain dashboards, report on performance, and highlight top partners
Creative Project Management
Serve as the liaison between performance marketing and creative teams
Support management of timelines, briefs, and asset requests for performance-driven creative
Coordinate UGC mashups, new creative tests, and asset refreshes
Track and communicate top-performing influencers and creatives to guide resource allocation
What We’re Looking For Must-Have

Thrives in routine-heavy workflows without losing accuracy or ownership
Nice-to-Have
Copywriting experience within META ads (ad copy, not just creative strategy)
Experience as a coordinator or EA supporting a marketing or performance team
Media buying exposure across budgets of $20K+/week
Familiarity with cross-functional creative workflows

Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
