  • Proven experience negotiating commercial contracts independently with strong commercial acumen

Requirements:

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of recruitment-related contracts (client terms and conditions, MSAs, permanent and contract placements, and vendor/supplier agreements) and lead commercial negotiations with clients and partners.
  • Provide recruitment contract guidance to sales and delivery teams, advise on contractual risks, commercial implications, and compliance considerations, and support deal structuring.
  • Ensure contracts meet regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements across relevant jurisdictions; coordinate with the Compliance Director and maintain accurate contract records and version control.
  • Stakeholder management and policy alignment: work with senior leadership, compliance, sales, and operations; give clear, pragmatic guidance to non-legal stakeholders and balance risk with business growth.

Senior Contracts Manager (Recruitment)

Location - Remote – Mexico - Must be fluent in Spanish & English (written & verbal)
Must be able to work EST time zone

Ideally someone with a passport who can travel to Miami for 1 week onboarding at the Head Office
It would be a huge benefit if you had the capability to manage your own taxes & work full-time as an independent contractor - However this is not a deal breaker

Overview

We are a fast-growing international recruitment business seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to take ownership of client and candidate contracts across multiple markets. This role is critical to ensuring commercial protection, compliance, and scalability as the business continues to expand globally. The ideal candidate brings recruitment industry experience, strong commercial judgement, and hands-on expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and risk management. You will work closely with senior leadership, compliance, and operations, and act as a trusted commercial partner to the business.


Key Responsibilities


Contract Management & Negotiation

Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of recruitment-related contracts, including:

Client terms & conditions

Master Service Agreements (MSAs)

Permanent and contract placement agreements

Vendor and supplier agreements

Lead commercial negotiations with clients and partners, balancing risk mitigation with business growth.

Ensure contracts align with internal policies, pricing models, and commercial strategy.


Recruitment & Commercial Support

Act as a subject matter expert on recruitment contracts and deal structures.

Advise stakeholders on contractual risks, commercial implications, and compliance considerations.

Support sales and delivery teams with contract queries and deal structuring.


Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure contracts meet regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements across relevant jurisdictions.

Partner closely with the Compliance Director on risk reviews and policy alignment.

Maintain accurate contract records and version control.


Stakeholder Management

Work closely with:

Senior leadership and CEO

Compliance and legal stakeholders

Sales, operations, and delivery teams

Provide clear, pragmatic guidance to non-legal stakeholders.





Requirements

Required Experience & Skills

Essential

3–5+ years’ experience in a Contracts Manager or similar role (senior level by capability, not title).

Recruitment industry experience is essential (agency or in-house).

Proven experience negotiating commercial contracts independently.

Strong commercial acumen and business-first mindset.

Fluent Spanish (written and spoken).

Ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders.

Experience working remotely with international teams.

Able to work EST-aligned hours - 8:30 - 5:30 EST Mon - Fri



Desirable

Experience supporting multi-country or global recruitment businesses.

Familiarity with LATAM, UK, or US recruitment contracting frameworks.

Exposure to compliance-heavy or regulated environments.
