  • Previous experience working with a CRM system (recruitment CRM preferred)

Requirements:

  • Maintain and manage the accuracy of candidate, client, and job data within the CRM; conduct regular data integrity checks; identify duplicate records and perform data cleansing; standardise records according to internal data governance guidelines
  • Provide administrative support to internal teams; assist with updating systems activity logs; upload, organise, and check relevant documentation within the CRM
  • Run routine audits of CRM records to ensure compliance with internal standards; generate data reports and highlight inconsistencies or gaps; support the operations team with CRM improvements
  • Ensure best practices are followed when consultants enter data into the CRM; assist with CRM housekeeping and workflow improvements; support system updates and data migration where required

As our business continues to grow, maintaining accurate, high-quality data across our systems is critical to the success of our consultants and operations teams. We are therefore looking for a detail-oriented Data Integrity Administrator based in South Africa to support the business remotely.


The Role


This role plays a key part in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and organisation of data across our CRM and internal systems. You will work closely with recruitment consultants and operations teams to maintain high standards of data quality, ensuring our CRM remains a reliable source of information across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities


CRM & Data Integrity


Maintain and manage the accuracy of candidate, client, and job data within the company CRM.

Conduct regular data integrity checks to ensure records are complete, accurate, and up to date.

Identify duplicate records and perform data cleansing to maintain CRM quality.

Standardise records according to internal data governance guidelines.



Administrative Support


Provide administrative support to internal teams.

Assist with updating systems & activity logs.

Upload, organise, and check relevant documentation within the CRM.



Data Auditing & Reporting


Run routine audits of CRM records to ensure compliance with internal standards.

Generate data reports and highlight inconsistencies or gaps to relevant stakeholders.

Support the operations team with CRM improvements.



Process & System Support


Ensure best practices are followed when consultants enter data into the CRM.

Assist with CRM housekeeping and workflow improvements.

Support the operations team with system updates and data migration where required.

Requirements


Skills & Experience


Essential


Previous experience working with a CRM system (recruitment CRM preferred).

Strong administrative and organisational skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience working with large data sets and maintaining data quality.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.


Desirable


Experience within a recruitment or staffing agency.

Experience with recruitment CRMs such as Bullhorn, Vincere, Hubspot, or similar

Exposure to data auditing or data governance processes.

Experience supporting international or remote teams.
