This role involves leading the development and delivery of high-quality construction documents while coordinating with regulatory authorities to obtain project approvals. The Architect will work independently across all design phases, guide the design team in research and documentation, and provide expert insight into complex design challenges. Strong proficiency in Revit and extensive experience in industrial and large-scale commercial projects, including warehouses and similar facilities, are required. The position also includes full construction administration responsibilities through project completion, ensuring compliance with professional standards, policies, and procedures under responsible architectural oversight.

This position involves leading and mentoring design teams while managing projects from documentation through construction. The role requires producing high-quality construction documents with minimal supervision, overseeing quality control, coordinating with municipalities for permitting and entitlements, and ensuring design compliance through code analysis, field reports, and consultant coordination. The Architect will communicate design solutions to clients, respond to contractor inquiries, and support project planning, staffing, and fee development in collaboration with Design Team Leads. Approximately 25% of the role involves travel to support project meetings, site visits, and coordination efforts.
