Talent Recruiter
Job Duties and Requirements include but are not limited to:
- Helps develop, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Collaborates with hiring leaders to identify hiring criteria and draft detailed, accurate and compelling job descriptions.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Creates job postings in LinkedIn and Paycom Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintains specific job requisitions.
- Maintains ATS with necessary updates as job requisitions are processed and fulfilled.
- Assists hiring leaders with adoption and use of ATS.
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
- Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with leaders, directors, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborates with the hiring leader and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
- Assists with HR benefits administration for new team members, qualifying events, and Open Enrollment.
- Compiles, tracks, and follows up with voluntary life insurance requests and EOI submissions.
- Audits insurance benefits within HRIS and provider documentation.
- Cross-trains with other orientation (day 1) session leaders to be able to fill-in when needed.
- Assists with company event planning and facilitation in effort to uphold ONE HFA culture.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
