Roles & Responsibilities

Three plus years of experience in 3PL from a systems and operational perspective
Extensive experience with Blue Yonder Dispatcher (BY Dispatcher) from a technical configuration perspective across multiple versions
Track record of IT projects, including implementations and development programmes
Very high English proficiency

Requirements:

Configure, customize and maintain Blue Yonder Dispatcher across multiple versions to support 3PL operations
Lead or contribute to IT projects related to BY Dispatcher implementations and development programmes
Support change and release processes for IT products and ensure QA/testing practices are followed
Provide exceptional customer service and strong operational understanding in a remote Europe-based role with the ability to work with minimal supervision

Job description

For a logistics multinational, we are looking for a Specialist Blue Yonder (formally JDA) Dispatcher with very high English.

The required candidate will possess advanced technical experience, predominantly focussed on Blue Yonder (formally JDA) Dispatcher and display a high level of customer service skills and operational understanding.

Experience

▪ Three plus year experience in 3PL from a systems and operational perspective.

▪ Extensive experience with BY Dispatcher from a technical configuration perspective (multiple versions)

▪ Track record of IT projects (implementations and development programmes)

Specialist Knowledge & Skills

▪ Knowledge of WMS systems used within Logistics.

▪ Knowledge of change and release processes utilised for IT products

▪ Knowledge of the application and deployment of software testing / QA processes

▪ Good problem-solving skills

▪ Ability to work with minimal supervision
