For a logistics multinational, we are looking for a Specialist Blue Yonder (formally JDA) Dispatcher with very high English.
The required candidate will possess advanced technical experience, predominantly focussed on Blue Yonder (formally JDA) Dispatcher and display a high level of customer service skills and operational understanding.
Experience
▪ Three plus year experience in 3PL from a systems and operational perspective.
▪ Extensive experience with BY Dispatcher from a technical configuration perspective (multiple versions)
▪ Track record of IT projects (implementations and development programmes)
Specialist Knowledge & Skills
▪ Knowledge of WMS systems used within Logistics.
▪ Knowledge of change and release processes utilised for IT products
▪ Knowledge of the application and deployment of software testing / QA processes
▪ Good problem-solving skills
▪ Ability to work with minimal supervision
