  • Analyze healthcare payment models, delivery system changes, and emerging policy issues, including selected clinical subject areas
  • Direct and coordinate work with actuaries, economists, analysts, and technical programming staff to ensure high‑quality analytical outputs
  • Translate policy analysis into cost, utilization, and risk implications in collaboration with actuarial and economic teams
  • Communicate findings clearly to executive‑level audiences and public forums through written reports and presentations
  • Lead or support market oversight work, especially policy and regulatory analysis related to healthcare mergers, acquisitions, affiliations, and other material change transactions.
  • Provide quality oversight and mentorship to staff, supporting professional development and technical growth
  • Contribute to thought leadership, proposal development, and the strategic growth of BerryDunn’s health policy services

  • Strong understanding of Medicare and Medicaid programs
  • Experience with commercial health insurance and multi‑payer environments
  • Knowledge of healthcare payment methodologies, financing, and health data
  • Ability to translate complex legal, regulatory, and policy concepts into clear guidance for non‑legal and executive audiences
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and coordinating work across disciplines
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
