Project Manager / Subject Matter Expert (PLUMBING)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager / Subject Matter Expert (SME) in PLUMBING to lead and oversee projects related to the design, installation, and maintenance of PLUMBING systems. This role combines technical expertise with project management skills to ensure projects are executed efficiently, meet quality standards, and align with client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of refrigeration systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to guide teams in delivering successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute refrigeration cooler projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Subject Matter Expertise:
  • Serve as the go-to expert for technical queries related to PLUMBING
  • Provide guidance on system design, component selection, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in PLUMBING.
• Client Interaction:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Present project updates, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Team Leadership:
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including Project Coordinators, technicians, and subcontractors.
  • Provide mentorship and training to team members to build technical proficiency.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure all installations and repairs meet safety, performance, and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, budgets, and technical specifications.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed reports for internal and client review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in PLUMBING, including project management responsibilities.
• Proven expertise in PLUMBING, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., EPA, OSHA, ASHRAE).
• Proficiency in project management software and tools. (Salesforce is a plus)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent).
• Experience with commercial or industrial PLUMBING  systems.
