Reporting to the President/CFO and working under the team's direction, you will be a self-starting, highly organised, and experienced Graphic Artist. Experience working within the consulting industry would be advantageous.
As a Graphic Artist, you will create visually compelling designs that align with your client’s requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong drawing skills, a background in digital painting and illustration, and a creative eye for detail. Creativity is essential, and we welcome fresh graduates eager to kick-start their careers!
Main Responsibilities:
- Create original digital artwork, illustrations, and graphics for various projects.
- Conduct research to understand the client’s requirements, current design trends, target audiences, and industry standards to inform your creative process.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop creative concepts that meet project objectives and deadlines.
- Utilize drawing skills and a creative eye to enhance visual impact through composition, color, and theory.
- Stay current with industry trends and software to improve skills and creative output continuously.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; a portfolio of personal artwork and creations is required.
- Strong drawing skills and proven experience in digital painting and illustration, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator) is essential; knowledge of InDesign is a plus.
- Knowledge of abstract design principles is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Work Environment & Expectations
While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.

Benefits
1 Monthly Salary: Php 35,000
2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines' public holidays
4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation
- 10 days annual leave credits
- 5 days of sick leave
5. HMO offered after 6-months probation
6. Eligible for 13th Month Pay after 30 days
7. Annual salary review
8. Laptop provided after 30 days
9. Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.
10. SHIFT TIMES: 9 PM to 6 AM Philippine time, Monday to Friday
