Full-Time Opportunity: Project Manager


Location: Remote with locations in Eastern Time Zone region

 

Job Description:

Nova Group, GBC (Nova) is seeking a Project Manager to support our Capital Markets Group (CMG). Primary responsibilities will include general project management, technical report writing and other organizational support for the production of Property Condition Assessments (PCAs)/Project Capital Needs Assessments (PCNAs), Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and other technical reports in accordance with industry standards and client expectations. The Project Manager is an integral member of our project delivery team working with other Project Managers, Senior Project Managers and Account Managers to ensure the quality of our deliverables to our clients, exceeding their expectations along the way.  

 

Some local/regional field work may be required to support team needs; employees may work from home when not traveling.

 

Project Manager Duties Include: 

  • Manage all aspects of CMG Due Diligence projects per the Nova Workflow Process.
  • Partner with assigned project teams to successfully complete and manage the administrative and production aspects of projects: order data, ship/track project testing supplies, finalize project deliverables, etc.
  • Conduct desk top reviews.
  • Work closely in a professional manner with peers, Nova Project Managers, Account Managers and Associates to ensure client standards and deadlines.
  • Engage in project setup and assignment with scheduling team.
  • Interface and solve issues with clients.
  • Ensure invoices are correct.
  • Assist with accounts receivable inquiries.
  • Contribute to strategic growth of the CMG division by improving business processes and deliverables as directed.
  • Assist in site assessment scheduling as needed.  
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines;
  • Strong technical writing skills, attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate and work both independently and within a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Current, valid state driver’s license (position requires a motor vehicle record background check)

 

Nova Group’s good-faith estimate of the salary for this position at the time of posting is 48,000 – 55,000 USD DOQ. Actual compensation will depend on the candidate’s experience, skills, education, location, production and other job-related variables.
