About the role:
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Marketing & Communications Manager to lead marketing for Catalyse, Bhumi’s platform for Youth & Corporate Volunteering.
This role is critical in positioning Bhumi as a trusted partner for corporate partners while simultaneously strengthening the hyperlocal volunteering ecosystem called Bhumi Clubs across colleges and communities.

Creating clear, professional, and compelling messaging that resonates with corporate audiences
Enabling volunteers and club leaders with the right communication tools, training, and playbooks
You will work closely with program teams, volunteer leaders, and the central MarComms team to grow Catalyse as a key pillar of Bhumi’s impact ecosystem.
About the Program:
Bhumi is building one of India’s largest volunteer movements. By 2030, we aim to engage 10 lakh volunteers through our Corporate partnerships and Bhumi Clubs, a grassroots movement of volunteers and leaders enabling hyperlocal contributions to their own communities.
Primary Responsibilities:
Strategize innovative marketing and communication initiatives and deploy industry best practices to build and strengthen the Bhumi brand, including Bhumi Clubs and Corporate Volunteering
Design and monitor targeted online and offline campaigns to drive awareness, participation, and engagement for Bhumi Clubs and corporate volunteering programs
Craft clear, professional, and persuasive messaging tailored to corporate audiences, HR/CSR leaders, and employee volunteers
Train and enable volunteers, club leaders, and program teams on brand communication, storytelling, and outreach through toolkits, workshops, and playbooks
Manage the marketing budget for Catalyse and continuously improve return on investment (ROI) and cost-efficiency year on year
Other Responsibilities:
Oversee the creation of marketing materials, digital content, pitch decks, case studies, and press releases to ensure consistent and professional messaging across all platforms
Lead social media strategy for Bhumi Clubs and Corporate Volunteering to engage students, professionals, corporates, and partners
Collaborate closely with volunteers, club leaders, corporate partners, and program teams to highlight success stories and impact narratives
Analyze and report on campaign performance, engagement metrics, and marketing effectiveness, and present insights to leadership periodically
Educational Qualification/Experience:
4–6 years of experience in marketing & communications role
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or related field
Prior experience of working or volunteering with NGOs, corporate volunteering programs, or youth-led initiatives is preferred
Knowledge & Skill sets required:
