Responsibilities

  • Understand client objectives and challenges to identify opportunities for expanding Cyber Security IAM Solutions, collaborating with internal teams (sales, solution engineers, solution architects, and partner managers) to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Drive business development and account strategy; conduct regular account and business reviews to assess satisfaction, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and drive customer retention.
  • Provide strategic guidance on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in cybersecurity and IAM; coordinate with sales leadership to track progress toward sales goals.

Pointsharp
This role is responsible for building strong client relationships by understanding their business goals and challenges, while identifying opportunities to expand adoption of Cyber Security IAM solutions. Success in the position is measured by generate new business and then within client base to grow them, but also by client retention, and growth through proactive account management and the ability to upsell or cross-sell additional offerings.
What does this role entail?
Understand client business objectives and challenges to identify opportunities for expanding our Cyber Security IAM Solutions within the client collaboration with internal teams to ensure clients receive tailored, high-quality solutions that exceed expectations. As a trusted advisor, this position plays a critical part in driving revenue growth and strengthening the organization. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, solution sales engineers, solution architects, and partner managers to deliver customized solutions that address client needs and exceed expectations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients
  • Accountable for driving business development, shaping strategy, and achieving defined business results
  • Conduct regular account reviews and business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and drive customer retention
  • Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to clients on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in cybersecurity and IAM
  • Coordinate with sales leadership to develop account strategies and track progress towards sales goals

  • Extensive experience engaging and collaborating with C-level executive
Qualifications and your profile
  • Minimum of years of experience in BDM or similar role, preferably within an international cybersecurity environment
  • Knowledge of IGA is a strong plus
  • Experience selling through a network of partners a strong plus
  • Proven experience engaging in and collaborating with C-level executives
  • Fluency in German and English is required
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
