We are looking for a passionate and energetic Trainer to join our fitness team. This role is ideal for individuals with 1–3 years of experience who are enthusiastic about helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals through well-structured programs and engaging group sessions. The Trainer 1 will play an important role in designing effective workout programs, leading dynamic group classes, and delivering high-quality kettlebell training sessions.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of functional fitness principles, the ability to motivate diverse groups of clients, and a commitment to creating safe, results-driven training environments. This position requires someone who enjoys interacting with people, understands different fitness levels, and can tailor programs that help members improve strength, mobility, and overall wellness.

Key Responsibilities
Program Design
- Develop structured and goal-oriented fitness programs tailored to individual and group needs.
- Assess client fitness levels and create progressive training plans to improve strength, endurance, and mobility.
- Modify exercises and programs based on participant skill level, injuries, or physical limitations.
- Track progress and adjust programs to ensure consistent improvement and results.
Group Classes
- Lead engaging and high-energy group fitness sessions for participants with varying fitness backgrounds.
- Demonstrate exercises clearly and ensure proper technique to prevent injury.
- Create an encouraging and motivating environment that promotes participation and consistency.
- Manage class flow efficiently while maintaining safety and energy levels.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help participants perform movements correctly.
Kettlebell Training
- Conduct structured kettlebell-based workouts focusing on strength, conditioning, and functional movement.
- Teach proper kettlebell techniques such as swings, cleans, presses, and Turkish get-ups.
- Ensure participants maintain proper form and posture during exercises.
- Integrate kettlebell training into broader workout programs to enhance functional strength and endurance.
Member Engagement & Support
- Build positive relationships with members to encourage long-term commitment to fitness goals.
- Educate participants on exercise techniques, recovery practices, and injury prevention.
- Provide ongoing motivation, feedback, and support to improve performance and confidence.
- Maintain a welcoming and inclusive training environment.
Safety & Facility Standards
- Ensure all sessions follow safety guidelines and proper exercise protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of training areas and equipment.
- Monitor equipment usage and report any maintenance issues.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in fitness training, personal training, or group instruction.
- Strong knowledge of workout programming and functional training principles.
- Hands-on experience conducting group fitness classes.
- Solid expertise in kettlebell training techniques and programming.
- Ability to design structured workout programs for individuals and groups.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to motivate and guide participants during training sessions.
- Fitness certification from a recognized organization is preferred.
