The work we undertake here directly influences how AI models comprehend and communicate in human languages, including yours.

What This Role Entails:
Most people may be unfamiliar with voice data annotation, so let us clarify. AI voice assistants—those that understand spoken language and respond intelligently—do not learn independently. They are trained using thousands of hours of real human speech meticulously labeled by experts. That is the core of your role. You will listen to audio recordings of genuine conversations in Hindi, Tamil, or Malayalam and precisely document what was said, by whom, and how. Think of this as being a highly skilled court stenographer, but for AI. This work is quiet, focused, and independent, involving detailed, repetitive tasks. If you enjoy working methodically with language and take pride in accuracy, this role will be an excellent fit for you.

Your Daily Responsibilities Include:

• Verbatim Transcription: Accurately type exactly what is spoken in the audio, word for word, including filler words, pauses, and code-switching (e.g., Hinglish).
• Speaker Diarization: Identify and label each speaker throughout the conversation (e.g., Speaker 1, Speaker 2).
• Intent Tagging: Determine and mark the speaker’s purpose (e.g., asking a question, lodging a complaint, confirming information).
• Emotion Labeling: Identify the emotional tone expressed by the speaker at various points (e.g., frustrated, happy, neutral, confused).
• Quality Checks: Review your work thoroughly before submission to ensure it meets a minimum accuracy threshold of 98%.

Requirements:

• Professional-level fluency in written and spoken English.
• Professional-level fluency in at least one of the following languages: Hindi, Tamil, or Malayalam—both in spoken comprehension and typed output.
• A minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute in your regional language.
• Ability to perform focused, repetitive tasks for extended periods—this is mandatory.
• Availability to start immediately or within five days—no exceptions.
• A stable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a functional laptop.

Compensation & Terms:

• This is a contractual position compensated monthly.
• Salary ranges between 25,000 and 35,000 INR per month.
• Location: Remote.
