Job description

Job Opening: ABA Recruiter

Location: South Africa - Remote (US Hours - 9am - 5pm EST)
Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and recruit qualified ABA professionals, including BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff.
  • Actively search for candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking groups, and industry platforms, rather than relying solely on inbound applications.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach, screening calls, and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process with hiring managers and clinical leadership.
  • Track candidates and manage recruitment pipelines using the company’s applicant tracking system.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top ABA talent.
  • Meet hiring goals and timelines while maintaining a high standard of candidate quality.

Requirements

  • Previous recruitment experience within the ABA, healthcare, or behavioral health field.
  • Proven ability to actively source candidates rather than relying solely on job postings.
  • Experience recruiting roles such as BCBAs, RBTs, Behavior Technicians, or other clinical staff preferred.
  • Strong skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to meet recruitment targets.
