Job description

We're searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Recruiter to join our team at Starfish. As a Talent Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in finding and attracting top talent for our network of businesses worldwide.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Advanced knowledge of recruitment platforms, tools, and techniques.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
  • Ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidates effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Have a highly analytical and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of our clients.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various positions.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate selection.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their workforce requirements and define job requirements and expectations.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various channels, including social media, industry events, and referrals.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to the management team.
