Job description

Position: Admin/Executive Assistant

Number of hours: 24 hours/week
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am - 2:00 pm, UK Time

Tasks required:

  • Support daily operations and coordination across three salon locations

  • Assist in overseeing salon staff and onboarding new team members

  • Prepare and send weekly KPI progress reports

  • Manage and respond to emails, WhatsApp, phone calls, and CRM communications

  • Maintain and update the Fresha CRM system

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and staff coordination

  • Assist with CEO calendar management and team communication

  • Organize and maintain client records and business documents in Google Drive

  • Create documents, forms, and reports using Google Workspace

  • Assist with basic design or content tasks using Canva and provide general administrative support

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role

  • Experience using Fresha CRM (preferred)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Familiarity with Canva for basic design tasks

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • Strong customer service mindset

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Forms)

  • Advanced IT proficiency, with the ability to quickly learn new systems

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Minimum qualifications: GCSE in English and Maths
