Roles & Responsibilities

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; enjoy talking to people, understand problems, and open doors for new business.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop in B2B sales processes with support from leadership and marketing.
  • Comfort with multi-channel outreach and basic lead qualification; ability to engage prospects via phone, LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and strong organizational skills; ability to manage a pipeline (Kommo experience is a plus).

Requirements:

  • Conduct active multi-channel prospecting (phone, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp Business).
  • Qualify leads strategically and pass them to the sales team with relevant inputs to help close deals.
  • Build relationships with potential customers through to conversion and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, activities and interactions in the CRM (Kommo) and meet weekly/monthly targets for prospecting and opportunities generated.

  • Realizar prospecção ativa multicanal (telefone, LinkedIn, e-mail e WhatsApp Business);
  • Qualificar leads de forma estratégica e encaminhá-los ao time de vendas com insumos relevantes para fechamento;
  • Construir relacionamento com potenciais clientes até o momento da conversão;
  • Agendar reuniões qualificadas para o time de vendas (closers).
  • Gerenciar pipeline, atividades e interações no CRM (Kommo);
  • Cumprir metas semanais e mensais de prospecção e oportunidades geradas, com foco em performance e previsibilidade.
