Role Overview
  • Behind every healthcare professional maintaining their credentials is a system that keeps everything running smoothly — and that’s where you come in.
  • As an AU RTO CPD Administration Officer, you’ll help power the processes behind Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for one of Australia’s respected professional member bodies.
  • Think of this role as the engine room of accuracy and organization. From maintaining CPD records and testing online learning content to managing inbox enquiries and supporting reporting, your work ensures the CPD team operates with precision and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the CPD team.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and record management for CPD activities.
  • Conduct user testing of online CPD content to identify errors or issues.
  • Analyze data and assist in generating reports.
  • Organize and manage files, spreadsheets, and documentation.
  • Monitor and manage the team inbox, responding or escalating enquiries as required.
  • Support document updates and compliance tracking.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across records and documentation.

Requirements

Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative support roles in the education sector.
  • Strong attention to detail in reviewing and editing work.
  • Experience with data entry and record management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Experience managing shared inboxes or mailboxes.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work setup.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload within business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to Moodle, Salesforce, or similar systems.
  • Experience supporting education, training, or compliance teams.
  • Experience working with professional development or membership-based organizations.
