What you’ll be doing

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies accordingly
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Measure and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Organize events, programs etc. to boost employee motivation and retention
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our processes
  • Develop and implement projects and initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement

 

Desired skills and experiences

  • 1+ year of robust recruitment experience is preferred
  • Driven and ambitious problem solver with high learning agility
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Eager to tackle demanding assignments and embrace new challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases
  • Passion for Match Villains and mobile puzzle games in general

This is an on-site role in Istanbul, Sarıyer. We do not offer a fully-remote working option.
