Job Opening: Recruiter
Location: South Africa (Remote – US Hours)
Type: Full-Time, Work from Home
Hours: Monday to Friday: 9am- 5pm (US Hours)
Pay: Monthly Salary

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating successful placements. You’ll play a key role in identifying top talent and ensuring a smooth, efficient hiring experience for both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other innovative channels.
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and role alignment.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
  • Maintain and update the ATS/database with accurate candidate information.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track recruitment metrics and report on progress to management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience
  • Proven experience sourcing and interviewing candidates across various platforms.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies, and job market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in ATS systems and Microsoft Office / Google Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining performance targets.
  • Relevant HR or recruitment certification (advantageous).
