Full Cycle End-to-End Recruiter (Skilled Trades)

Yellowstone Local is a US-based company obsessed with helping home service and construction companies build high-performing teams through tech-driven recruiting. We combine recruiting expertise, marketing, and technology to help our clients hire the right people faster and smarter.

This role is open to applicants in the Philippines. It is a remote contractor position focused on helping us find top skilled tradespeople including Plumbers, HVAC technicians, Electricians, as well as office staff and managers.

Our Recruiting Team

Our recruiting team is made up of 12 remote professionals who thrive in a high-performance culture. We are not just filling jobs. We are building communities and delivering results in one of the most competitive labor markets.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish

  • Calibrate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver the right candidates
