Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and aging leads, no cold prospecting.

  • Reignite interest by confirming prior outreach and addressing concerns or hesitations.

  • Reschedule missed or canceled consultations and move prospects back into the sales pipeline.

  • Act as the first layer of quality assurance, ensuring leads feel heard, supported, and informed.

  • Listen for objections and counter with clear, confident, value-driven messaging.

  • Keep detailed notes and next steps logged in the CRM to maintain pipeline visibility.

  • Work closely with the internal sales team to keep handoffs clean and efficient.
