Working Hours: Flexible (UK Hours: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM | IST: 12:00 PM 8:00 PM or earlier)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Lead: Take full ownership of our social media strategy to ensure consistent growth and engagement across all platforms.
Content Creation: Generate innovative ideas for posts, stories, and videos, and collaborate with the team and leadership to execute them.
Video Editing: Create high-quality videos using tools like CapCut and other editing software.
Social Media Management: Manage multiple accounts, create content calendars, and drive measurable growth for each platform.
Creative Leadership: Design bold and creative campaigns that align with our brand and engage our target audience.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, optimizing strategies for maximum results.
