Job description

The Rapid Response Team (RRT) plays a critical role in supporting the North America Small Business organization by responding quickly to time-sensitive leads like Marketing Purchased Leads and Abandoned Cart Leads. This role is designed to drive speed, coverage, and conversion by ensuring high-quality engagement at key moments in the sales cycle.

  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality benchmarks related to outreach and engagement
  • Serve as a reliable coverage layer during peak volume periods, absences, or staffing gaps
  • At least 4 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar lead generation role
  • Strong experience handling inbound leads and fast-moving opportunities
  • Familiarity with UCaaS or experience selling within a UCaaS environment is a strong advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong discovery, qualification, and objection-handling skills
  • Highly organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to think quickly and prioritize under pressure
  • Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
  • Customer-first mindset with a focus on speed and quality
  • Comfortable supporting multiple motions and segments as needed
