Job Title: EDI IBM Sterling Integrator Developer
Location: Remote
Employment Type: W2 Only
Eligibility: USC / GC Only

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced EDI IBM Sterling Integrator Developer with strong expertise in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and EDI development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting EDI integrations while ensuring system performance and reliability.
Required Qualifications

15+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Integrator (v5.2.6 or higher).
Strong experience in developing, maintaining, supporting, and monitoring IBM Sterling Commerce applications and related modules/pipelines.
Lead the design, development, and deployment of EDI solutions using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
Hands-on experience with BPML (Business Process Modeling Language) and Sterling adapters.
Extensive experience in EDI mapping formats including ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, CSV, Flat Files, and JSON.
Strong understanding of communication protocols such as FTP, SFTP, AS2, and VAN.
Experience with DB2, SQL, XML, XSLT, Web Services, and APIs.
Ability to monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions and system performance.
Experience working in Agile environments (sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Supply Chain domain is a plus.
Ability to mentor junior EDI developers and provide technical guidance.
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
