Job description
GrowthAssistant is hiring a Video Editor to produce high-volume, high-performing ad creatives for U.S.-based D2C and eCommerce brands. This remote, full-time role is ideal for experienced Filipino video editors who thrive in fast-paced environments and understand how to create scroll-stopping, conversion-focused content.
You’ll create and iterate short-form videos and motion assets across Meta, social media, email, landing pages, and other digital channels — blending strong creative instincts with performance-driven execution.
🎬 What You’ll Do
Design and edit short-form video ads (15–60 seconds) for paid social (primarily Meta), email, landing pages, and digital campaigns
Poduce 50–70 video ads weekly, including variations and iterations
Stitch, edit, and enhance UGC-style content, GIFs, and short-form motion assets
Build engaging ad creatives based on weekly concepts discussed in Creative Calls
Replicate and iterate from provided inspiration/sample videos
Execute clear messaging aligned with campaign goals and performance targets
Maintain brand consistency while working through rapid production cycles
Review performance data and contribute to creative testing and optimization
Collaborate via Google Slides, Air (video drive), Slack, and weekly sprint calls
✅ Must-Have Qualifications
3+ years of professional video editing experience
2+ years of experience using Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects
Strong experience with UGC-style ads and social performance creatives
Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, motion, and attention hooks
Ability to produce high-quality content quickly (3–4 concepts weekly + multiple iterations)
Comfortable working with AI-assisted video tools or eager to adopt them
Experience with project management tools (Asana or similar)
Ability to work US overlap hours (PST or EST)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines

Motion graphics (2D/3D) and animation experience
Basic vector illustration skills (icons, simple line art)
Experience in D2C, eCommerce, or performance marketing environments
Interest in creative strategy and performance optimization
