Roles & Responsibilities

15+ years of senior finance experience (CFO/finance leadership)
Proven track record as Virtual/Interim/Part-time CFO with clients across India
Expertise in accounting, finance, audit, taxation, mergers & acquisitions, fundraising, business advisory, FP&A, reporting, financial modelling, investor relations, and compliance
Strong systems/process thinking, strategic thinking, decision-making, and stakeholder management

Requirements:

Provide virtual/interim CFO services to multiple client organizations, delivering strategic financial leadership and governance
Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, reporting, and performance management
Ensure regulatory compliance, internal controls, audits, and smooth accounting operations
Advise on mergers & acquisitions, fundraising, investor relations, and overall financial strategy; support business advisory initiatives
