Job description

This is a remote position.



Currently, we are seeking a motivated  talent operations manager to join our  team who will play a key role in managing the operational side of employees hired through an Employer of Record (EOR) platform. The role combines employee administration, client communication, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, employment management, and operational support.

You will work closely with Client Success, Recruitment, Finance, and Legal teams to manage employment processes and provide ongoing support to both clients and employees. This role offers strong growth potential for candidates interested in building a career in international HR operations, global employment services, and operational management, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles as the company scales.


Your Duties:

As a Talent Operation Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Manage communication with employees hired through the EOR platform
  • Coordinate employment contract preparation, signing, and documentation
  • Register and manage employee records on the state tax portal
  • Handle employee administration tasks such as bonuses, business trips, and contract amendments
  • Support employees with operational questions related to their employment
  • Serve as the operational point of contact for existing clients
  • Process client requests related to their employed team members
  • Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
  • Ensure compliance with Georgian employment and tax regulations
  • Maintain accurate employee and client documentation records
  • Collaborate closely with Client Success, Finance, Legal, and Recruitment teams
  • Ensure smooth transition from sales to contracting and operational support
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal operational processes and workflows
