  • Build close relationships with customers through listening, service, and in-store promotions across departments.

Contrat d’alternance basé à Aix-en-Provence et au sein de l'école ESG Aix-en-Provence.

Missions : 

Notre entreprise partenaire, acteur majeur de la distribution alimentaire de proximité, recherche une ou un responsable adjoint(e) de magasin. 

Rattaché(e) au responsable du magasin, vous serez chargé(e) de de l’animation et du développement commercial du point de vente à travers les missions suivantes : 

 

-L'animation d'une équipe. 

-Le pilotage de la performance économique de votre point de vente dans le respect de la politique commerciale de l'enseigne. 

-Le respect de la législation en matière d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire en garantissant la propreté de votre magasin. 

-Nouer une relation de proximité avec les clients à travers l'écoute, le service et la mise en place d'animations commerciales sur les différents rayons. 

 

Ces missions en entreprise seront complétées par la formation au sein du Bachelor Entreprenariat et stratégie d’entreprise de l’ESGAIX. 

 

 

Profil :  
 

Nous recherchons un profil titulaire d’un bac+2 souhaitant préparer une bachelor 3ème année dans le domaine de la gestion, le management et/ou l’entreprenariat.
