Requirements:

  • Manage the full client lifecycle for Belgian clients, from closing opportunities to invoicing and ongoing relationship management.
  • Analyze prospect needs, deliver tailored proposals, and collaborate with SDRs to identify opportunities; negotiate terms.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with strategic decision-makers, coordinate project delivery with the Project Management team, and ensure contract deployment and RFP responses.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling while maintaining high client satisfaction and strong relationships through proactive communication.

We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to join our team in either our Belgian or French office (location negotiable) and take ownership of a portfolio of Belgian clients.

Key Responsibilities

New Clients

  • Analyze prospect needs to deliver tailored, compelling proposals.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Work closely with SDRs to identify and pursue new opportunities within key accounts.

 

Existing Clients

  • Manage the full client relationship lifecycle—from closing opportunities to invoicing.
  • Provide ongoing client consulting, guidance, and solution recommendations.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with strategic decision-makers.
  • Ensure contract deployment and manage responses to RFPs.
  • Coordinate and monitor ongoing client projects with the Project Management team.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships through consistent communication (email, phone, social media, conferences, and tradeshows).
  • Monitor service quality and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive account development.


Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Proven track record in negotiation and fast deal-closing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-energy environments
  • Experience in selling services or software, especially in e-commerce or tech, is a plus.
