ADMIN ASSISTANT (Entry Level)

Focus: AML checks, referencing, compliance documentation, and investor-related admin support.


Job Overview:
The Admin Assistant supports compliance and due diligence processes in the real estate industry by coordinating Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks, managing referencing information, and assisting with administrative tasks related to investor deal verification.

This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage compliance-related information accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

AML & Compliance Checks

  • Coordinate and manage AML checks with the team
  • Track and organize AML documentation and verification status
  • Ensure compliance requirements are completed before deals proceed

Due Diligence Support

  • Provide AML and referencing information to support the Due Diligence (DD) team
  • Assist with clarifying compliance information related to deals

Deal Verification

  • Verify AML or referencing status before deals are shared with Premium Investors
  • Ensure compliance checks are completed and documented properly

Community & Customer Support

  • Respond to AML or referencing related questions from community members
  • Handle compliance-related inquiries from customers using the Become Compliant service

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Previous admin support experience preferred
  • Ability to manage documentation and compliance records
  • Organized and capable of handling confidential information responsibly

Other Qualifications:

  • With own working laptop. and
  • Has a wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps and a backup connection.

Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience with compliance processes, AML checks, or referencing
  • Experience supporting due diligence or financial operations teams

Work Setup:

  • Remote / Work From Home
  • UK working hours
  • Entry-level position with training provided
