The Curative Specialist is responsible for supporting real estate closing transactions by assisting internal and external customers with complex inquiries while delivering a high level of customer service to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions in accordance with service standards.
Your specific duties will include:
Respond to internal and external inquiries related to moderately complex title processes and transactions.
Monitor and manage inquiries received through centralized inboxes, systematic work queues, and phone communication.
Research and respond to routine and non-routine questions, escalating complex issues when necessary.
Coordinate the preparation of title documents, primarily affidavits, including reviewing and collecting required documentation and forms needed for closing.
Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external parties to ensure requests are resolved effectively.
Maintain detailed and accurate notes in internal systems and file documents according to standard procedures.
Communicate requirements to clients and apply sound judgment when enforcing or making exceptions to policies.
Required qualifications for the position include:

Pay Rate Range:$22.37 per hour
