Requirements:

  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns (calls, emails, social outreach) to identify and engage potential partners and generate qualified leads, scheduling meetings with senior decision-makers across government and private sector organizations (via HubSpot).
  • Manage end-to-end email campaigns, including drafting sequences, tracking engagement, optimizing performance, and maintaining accurate lead data and pipeline updates in HubSpot; collaborate with the Marketing Consultant to align outreach with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate all aspects of conference participation (sponsorship logistics, booth setup, materials, travel) and develop pre/post-conference outreach strategies to maximize lead generation and partner engagement; support on-site execution and post-event follow-up.
  • Track conference ROI and provide post-event reports detailing lead quality and pipeline impact; attend domestic business meetings and conferences alongside the VP of Strategic Partnerships.

We are growing and seeking a mission driven Strategic Partnerships Coordinator to join our Strategic Partnership (Sales & Marketing) team. Ideal candidates will bring experience with outbound business development, the confidence to engage senior leaders in the education space, and a results-driven mindset aligned with our mission.


This is a fully REMOTE position. Only applicants who currently reside in California, Colorado, Oregon, and Washington State will be considered for this role.


The Strategic Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for driving top-of-funnel growth for the Strategic Partnerships team. This role executes outbound prospecting campaigns to generate qualified leads and secure meetings with senior decision-makers across government and private sector organizations. This position supports business development efforts through conference planning, on-site engagement and post-event follow up to maximize pipeline impact.

What You Will Do

Sales Development & Lead Generation

-Execute outbound prospecting campaigns (calls, emails, social outreach) to identify and engage potential partners using HubSpot.

-Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the VP of Strategic Partnerships through targeted outreach.

-Manage end-to-end email campaigns, including drafting sequences, tracking engagement, and optimizing performance.

-Maintain accurate lead data, activity logs, and pipeline updates in HubSpot.

-Collaborate with the Marketing Consultant to align outreach with broader marketing initiatives.

Conference & Business Development

-Coordinate all aspects of conference participation, including sponsorship logistics, booth setup, promotional materials, and travel arrangements.

-Develop pre/post-conference outreach strategies to maximize lead generation and partner engagement.

-Support on-site conference execution (e.g., networking, lead capture, follow-up coordination).

-Attend domestic business meetings and conferences alongside the VP of Strategic Partnerships.

-Track conference ROI and provide post-event reports on lead quality and pipeline impact.


What You Will Bring

-Two or more years in SDR/BDR role or sales/business development support

-Proven experience in outbound prospecting

-Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

-Strong technical acumen/literacy, and ability to communicate technical concepts effectively

-Exceptional communication and capable of engaging diverse audiences; comfortable building trust with executives and senior stakeholders

-Strong presentation skills and ability to execute live and virtual demonstrations confidently

-Proficient in CRM and marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot)

-Highly organized with strong project management abilities

-Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

-Experience engaging with government or corporate stakeholders strongly preferred

-Background in early childhood, education, or social impact sectors highly desirable
