Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and guide them through the showroom and workspace, presenting materials, prototypes and creations with expertise for luxury professionals.
  • Represent the brand by highlighting mastery in design, graphic creation, prototyping, production, and customized objects for premium and luxury brands; serve as an ambassador of the brand’s know-how.
  • Assist in coordinating confidential events, including client presentations, BtoB meetings, training sessions, and press relations activities.
  • Support logistics and space preparation to ensure the high overall quality of each reception.

Description : 

ESG recherche pour son entreprise partenaire, dans le domaine de la Communication un.e Assistant Relation Clients en contrat d’alternance. 

Missions : 

1. Accueil et expérience showroom et workspace  

• Accueillir, orienter et accompagner les visiteurs dans un cadre exigeant et raffiné.  

• Présenter les matériaux, prototypes et réalisations dans une approche experte et inspirante.  

• Assurer une expérience sur-mesure à destination des designers, directeurs artistiques et professionnels du luxe.  

 

2. Représentation de la marque  

• Valoriser la maîtrise de: design, création graphique, prototypage, production et réalisation d’objets personnalisés pour les marques premium et luxe.  

• Devenir l’ambassadeur.rice du savoir-faire. 

 

3. Événementiel et relations professionnelles  

• Participer à l’orchestration d’événements confidentiels : présentations clients, rencontres BtoB, sessions de formation, actions de relations presse.  

• Contribuer à la coordination logistique, à la préparation des espaces et à la qualité globale de chaque réception. 

 

Profil :  

Nous recherchons un profil titulaire d’un Bac+2 dans le domaine de la Communication  
Compétences :
