Job description

ESG, spécialiste de la formation depuis plus de 50 ans, recherche pour son entreprise partenaire, un·e Chargé·e des Ressources Humaines en contrat d’alternance, dans le cadre d’un Mastère RH. 

Missions : 

Rattaché(e) au service Ressources Humaines, vous interviendrez sur des missions généralistes RH, notamment : 

Administration du personnel : 

• Prise en main et gestion des temps du personnel 
• Suivi administratif des intérimaires. 
• Traitement administratif des entrées et sorties des salariés. 
• Gestion de divers dossiers administratifs RH 
• Suivi et mise à jour des indicateurs RH 

Participation aux actions liées à la formation. 

Recrutement : 

• Rédaction et diffusion des offres d’emploi. 
• Tri et traitement des candidatures. 
• Participation aux entretiens de recrutement. 

Paie : 

• Préparation et transmission des éléments variables de paie. 
 

Profil : 

Nous recherchons un profil titulaire d’un BAC+3, souhaitant intégrer un Master en Ressources Humaines. 

Compétences : 

• Intérêt marqué pour les Ressources Humaines généralistes. 
• Aisance avec les outils informatiques et les logiciels RH. 
• Capacités organisationnelles et rédactionnelles. 

Qualités personnelles : 

• Rigueur, discrétion et sens de la confidentialité. 
• Autonomie et esprit d’initiative. 
• Bon relationnel et esprit d’équipe. 

Lieu de l’alternance : Loir-et-Cher (41) 
Type de contrat : Apprentissage
