Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong business relationships to drive business development.
  • Follow up on sales leads. Which include calling, emailing, or meeting with contractors.
  • Complete regular site visits of potential or current projects. This includes visits during the installation process to provide guidance/assistance.
  • Cold calling potential new customers and building up business relationships.
  • Quote and sell preventative maintenance agreements.
  • Complete quotes for both equipment repair proposals and Turn Key Projects.
  • Communicate on a regular basis with both inside and outside customers.
  • All other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 5 or more years working in the HVAC industry.
  • 5 years or more working in sales.
  • Must have background using Microsoft 365 Suite.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and have strong communication skills in person, over the phone, and electronically.
  • Strong listening skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Team player and willing to help others.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt, and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and can work independently.

The typical salary for this position ranges from $70,000 - $130,000 in IA. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
