We are now looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join our Lubricants division in Norway.

The Opportunity

This is more than a sales role — it’s a structured pathway into leadership.

  • During your first 12–24 months, you will focus on:
  • Mastering our consultative sales methodology
  • Developing and expanding your own territory
  • Building a profitable, loyal customer base
  • Consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Developing coaching and mentoring capabilities

Following successful performance, you will progress into a formal leadership role with responsibility for:

  • Recruiting new Sales Representatives
  • Training and onboarding new hires
  • Coaching and developing high-performing sales talent

Key Responsibilities

Territory & Business Development

  • Identify and win new business within your assigned territory

  • Develop mentoring and coaching skills alongside experienced leaders

  • Confident using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English
  • Valid driving licence
