  • Outreach Campaign Execution: execute outbound campaigns via LinkedIn outreach, cold email sequences, and referrals; personalize outreach messaging aligned with Talvette's value proposition; conduct A/B testing for performance optimization.
  • Lead Qualification, CRM Data Management & Sales Enablement: qualify leads based on hiring volume, urgency, and decision-making authority; book discovery calls; develop client-facing materials (case studies, presentations, white papers) to support conversions; maintain clean CRM data and notes.
  • Performance Reporting: submit weekly performance reports detailing new leads generated, outreach volume, response rate, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities created.

Talvette is a tech-focused talent placement agency. As we scale, we are strengthening our international outbound and inbound client acquisition engine and this role will be central to that growth.

Role Overview

The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for building and managing a qualified pipeline of potential clients. This role requires strong research capability, structured outreach execution, CRM discipline, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Prospect Identification

  • Identify ICP-aligned companies (e.g. tech-driven businesses).
  • Build segmented lead lists (by industry, size, geography, hiring pattern).
  • Identify key decision-makers (Founder, HR Head, Talent Acquisition Lead, CTO, etc.).

Outreach & Campaign Execution

  • Execute outbound campaigns via:
    • LinkedIn outreach
    • Cold email sequences
    • Referral-based introductions
  • Personalize outreach messaging aligned with Talvettes value proposition.
  • Conduct A/B testing on messaging for performance optimization.

Sales Enablement & Client Materials

  • Develop supporting materials to help convert prospects into clients.
  • Prepare case studies, presentations, white papers, and service overview documents highlighting Talvette's expertise and successful placements.
  • Work with internal team members to gather insights and translate them into persuasive client-facing content.

Lead Qualification

  • Qualify leads based on hiring volume, urgency, and decision-making authority.
  • Book discovery calls for the sales team.
  • Maintain structured notes on conversation context and buying signals.

CRM & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM.
  • Track outreach metrics (response rate, meeting booked rate, conversion rate).
  • Ensure clean data hygiene and reporting discipline.

Performance Reporting

  • Submit weekly performance reports including:
    • New leads generated
    • Outreach volume
    • Response rate
    • Meetings booked
    • Qualified opportunities created

Key Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years experience in international lead generation or business development.
  • Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns.
  • Strong research skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with ability to identify buying signals.
    Data-driven and metrics-focused.
  • High ownership and accountability.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience working with the South Asian market is strongly preferred.

Employment Structure:

  • Work from home in Bangladesh | Full-time & Contractual | BYOD (bring your own device)
  • Salary: BDT 50,000 - 70,000 + uncapped sales commission
  • Work week: Sunday - Thursday. Saturday is a light working day
  • Work hours: 10 AM to 7 PM (flexible with accountability)
  • Benefits: Permanent employment after 3-6 months based on performance + 2 Festival bonuses after probation + Internet allowance + Device allowance
