Purpose

  • Extract relevant data points based on predefined criteria
  • Clean, validate, and organise raw data into required formats
  • Apply standard tagging and classification rules (e.g. sentiment, issue type, stakeholder group)
  • Perform basic quality checks and flag inconsistencies or gaps
  • Upload processed data into the clients platform
  • Track daily and weekly processing targets and follow process checklists
  • Collaborate with team members during calibration and review cycles
  • Contribute to team efforts and perform other data related tasks as requested by the client or assigned by management

Minimum Qualifications

Required Attributes

  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Structured and process driven, able to follow defined workflows
  • Reliable and self directed, able to manage repetitive tasks consistently
  • Comfortable working with large volumes of information
  • Has absolute respect for confidentiality and sensitivity and has the flexibility to perform other relevant tasks as required by the client or management

Essential Experience

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in data processing, data entry, administrative support, or similar roles
  • Experience working with spreadsheets such as Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage detailed information
  • Basic understanding of data accuracy and validation
  • Comfortable working in a remote setup with international clients

Advantageous (Optional)
