TPO Appraisal Coordinator

The TPO Appraisal Coordinator is responsible for the monitoring and intake of the AMC appraisal delivered through the HALO ticketing system. They will work to validate the information and register the data into the Loan Origination Software, Encompass.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor all appraisal orders being delivered daily by AMC’s
• Manually enter or update appraisal report information into Encompass as needed
• Document Indexing
• Access FHA Connection to pull FHA Case numbers
• Maintain communication with Broker partner, Account Executive, Underwriter, and Closer regarding individual loan files throughout the life of the loan
• Manage an average pipeline of 50 loans

• Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures
• Other tasks as assigned
