Senior Salesforce Developer (Sales Cloud / CRM) (Remote)
The candidate should work in the EST time zone

Seeking an experienced (8+ years) Salesforce Developer with experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud/CRM to support data clean-up and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support alignment and data work on customer, distributor, and partner account data, including removing duplicates, data migration, data imports, and ongoing data management activities
  • Consult with the client to implement processes to maintain accurate, consistent account and company data
  • Integrate Salesforce with Dun & Bradstreet data feeds for ongoing import and maintenance of trusted company information
  • Support development activities related to data quality, account management, and CRM enhancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, IT, Data) to understand requirements and dependencies
  • Provide recommendations and guidance on best practices to ensure long-term data integrity and governance
  • Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud using standard and custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation
  • Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components (LWC/Aura) as needed
  • Implement integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware tools
  • Follow Salesforce development best practices, including security, scalability, and maintainability
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and release management activities
  • Contribute to technical documentation and support knowledge transfer to internal teams
