Workforce Planning & Executive Partnership
Forecast hiring needs with executives; report KPIs weekly/monthly/quarterly.
Monitor staffing levels, retention, and turnover; propose proactive solutions.
Talent Acquisition
Own full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, Zoho Recruit management, reference checks.
Build scalable hiring processes that reduce time-to-hire and improve quality.
Ensure an 80%+ candidate experience NPS.
Employer Branding
Promote the company as a top workplace across channels.
Maintain recruitment content and manage award submissions.
Employee Engagement & Retention
Conduct quarterly one-on-one check-ins with all staff.
Implement retention and engagement programs, including recognition.
Run and report Dream Program performance and impact.
Onboarding & Offboarding
Own structured onboarding experience (Day 1 through 90 days).
Handle all offboarding steps with compliance and professionalism.
Culture, Events & Internal Communications
Plan company events, off-sites, awards, celebrations, and staff meetings.
Reinforce Core Values and positive team culture daily.
HR Systems, Compliance & Benefits Support
Manage BambooHR and Zoho Recruit accuracy, documentation, and processes.
Maintain compliance files and run PTO/benefits processes.
Liaise with Insperity and external HR partners.
Training & Professional Development
Identify training programs and certifications aligned to company goals.
Envision, manage and deliver training programs aligned to company goals.
Build mentorship and career development pathways.
Track training effectiveness and ROI.
