  • Experience operating water-base coating machines and conveyors
  • Ability to monitor dryer temperature and inspect coated products for quality
  • Skilled in manual blending of coating fluids and injecting coating fluids into blending systems
  • Proficiency in operating robotic ball handling to move balls and ensure correct coating amounts

Requirements:

  • Operate and monitor the water-base coating machine and conveyor, verify dryer temperature, apply the correct amount of coating, use the robot to move balls, and inspect dried products for abnormalities
  • Operate and monitor the colored coating machine (urethane ball), verify dryer temperature, inject coating fluid into the paint blending machine, use the robot to move balls, apply the correct coating amount, and inspect dried products for abnormalities
  • Perform top coating after marking: receive balls from marking, verify marking/printing status, operate the coating machine and conveyor, verify dryer temperature, inject coating fluid into the paint blending machine, move balls with the robot, apply the correct coating amount, and inspect dried products for abnormalities
  • Maintain equipment and ensure quality: perform routine checks on all coating systems, ensure safe operation, and promptly report any issues

Job description

1. Water-base(soluble) coating machine (practice ball)

- Check the coating machine and the conveyor

- Check the temperature of Dryer

- Examination of the ball to be coated

- Manual blending of coating fluids

- Turn on the robot for moving balls

- Coating with the right amount of paint

- Check for abnormalities in dried products

2. Colored coating machine (urethane ball)

- Check the coating machine and the conveyor

- Check the temperature of Dryer

- Examination of the ball to be coated

- Injecting the coating fluid into the paint blending machine

- Turn on the robot for moving balls

- Coating with the right amount of paint

- Check for abnormalities in dried products

3. A Top Coating (Coating after Marking)

- Receipt balls from Marking and check the status of marking and printing status

- Check the coating machine and the conveyor

- Check the temperature of Dryer

- Examination of the ball to be coated

- Injecting the coating fluid into the paint blending machine

- Turn on the robot for moving balls

- Coating with the right amount of paint

- Check for abnormalities in dried products
