Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is pleased to announce an excellent opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Government and Public Sector industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are committed to serving the community and providing exceptional support to German-speaking clients in a public service capacity.

  • Provide comprehensive customer service to German-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to government services and public sector initiatives.
  • Handle requests and issues promptly while ensuring that clients receive accurate and relevant information.
  • Assist clients in navigating public service applications and processes, offering guidance where needed.
  • Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and facilitate effective solutions.
  • Stay informed about changes in government policies and public service offerings to provide up-to-date information to clients.
  • Foster a positive and professional relationship with clients, promoting trust and community engagement.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, especially in the public sector or government services, is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
