Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Transportation Industry, including Rail and Shipping sectors. This position is tailored for individuals who are passionate about customer service and the transportation field, ready to assist clients in navigating their travel and shipping needs.


Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to transportation services, including scheduling, pricing, and logistics.
  • Handle booking requests, changes, and cancellations while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth service experience for clients across various transportation sectors.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for quality assurance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to provide accurate advice to customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the transportation or logistics industry, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer expectations.
