  • Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat regarding educational products and e-learning solutions.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about courses, enrollment processes, and online learning platforms.
  • Guide clients through troubleshooting issues and provide effective solutions to enhance their learning experience.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism, striving for resolution and satisfaction.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's educational offerings and promote suitable solutions to clients.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately to inform ongoing improvements in service quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and ensure client success.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the education or e-learning sector, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
